This role offers a competitive basic salary& OTE alongside a company car or car allowance and generous staff benefits.

As an Area Manager, you will lead and oversee residential sales branches, inspiring and managing the teams within your region. Your focus will be on driving performance, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional results.

*Leading, coaching, and developing your teams to ensure high performance across all branches.

*Taking decisive action to improve underperforming branches.
*Expanding market share through strategic business growth initiatives.
