Our Client, Bradford Council, is seeking a Social Work Team Manager to join their Children in Care Team.
This is a Hybrid Working Role!

Responsibilities of this role:
*Knowledge of the Family Intervention project Model
*Experience of offering outreach support to children and families
*Knowledge of key legislation relevant to professional social care work
*Knowledge of the functions of a health and social care department and related agencies
*Knowledge of methods to assess performance and achievement of targets in social work practice
*Experience of managing a complex case load
*Ability to organise and prioritise work and manage time effectively
*Strong influencing and negotiating skills with clients and other health professionals
*Experience of producing reports for a variety of audiences
*Able to work independently and lead a team.
Requirements of this role:
*Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
*Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
*Must have minimum of 3 years’ post qualifying experience
