Your Day-to-Day as an Assistant Centre Manager
*Welcome visitors, tenants and guests with warmth and professionalism
*Support the Centre Manager in handling sales enquiries and booking tours
*Manage meeting room bookings, event coordination, and client communications
*Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from post and access cards to general admin
*Keep internal systems updated and ensure accurate client billing
*Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and maintain high presentation standards across the centre
*Champion an exceptional member experience and contribute to community building
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this Assistant Centre Manager role, you’ll ideally bring:
? Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception or administrative role
? Excellent communication and organisation skills
? A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
? A calm and capable approach to multitasking and problem-solving
? Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training provided if needed)
? A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences
