A well-established regional Property Consultancy, known for its dynamic and highly regarded Quantity Surveying team, is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester office.
The Quantity Surveyors’ role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy recognised nationally for its exceptional social and environmental responsibility and consistently ranked among the best employers for staff satisfaction and workplace culture.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
*Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
*Act as Employer’s Agent on select schemes
*Assist in the resolution of disputes and claims
*Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across healthcare, education and residential sectors

The Quantity Surveyor
*Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
*MRICS or actively working towards
*UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
*Strong pre & post contract experience
*Confident managing projects to completion
*Varied project / sector experience
