Job Description: 360 Recruitment Consultant
Location: Billericay, Essex
Salary: £23,000–£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This is a sales-driven role that requires a proactive and determined mindset, with significant financial rewards for those who excel.
Key Responsibilities:
*Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building strong relationships to win recruitment mandates.
*Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent in the tech sector.
*Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and repeat business.
*Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
*Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
*Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, driving revenue through placements.

*Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience (360 or resourcing) OR a strong background in sales and business development.

*Mobility: Must be a car owner and able to drive due to the office location.
*Commitment: Comfortable working full-time in the Billericay office, Monday-Friday.
