Our client is an established and successful company based in North Shields. They are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. If you are interested and meet the person specification of the job role, please apply below.
The Job You’ll be Doing;
*Promote services and manage customer requests efficiently.
*Handle daily tasks promptly and accurately, escalating issues when needed.
*Keep customers informed about service interventions.
*Provide administrative support to the Service Director.
*Follow up on service and sales tasks.
*Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders, and invoices.
*Arrange service visits and coordinate logistics.
*Compile and issue invoices.
*Maintain market awareness and support client relationships.
*Manage ISO 9001 policy implementation.
*Assist with service-related quotations.
*Review service reports and identify sales opportunities.
*Suggest improvements and undertake delegated tasks.
*Administer service calls and purchase orders up to £100k.
*Manage day-to-day activities independently.
*Work assigned based on customer inquiries and requests.
*Make decisions on quotations and purchase requests.
*Prioritize and expedite service requests.
*Understand the impact of decisions and demonstrate strong commercial skills.
*Exercise judgment to avoid delays and escalate issues promptly.
*Interact with all departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

*Ability to prioritise tasks.
*Ability to work independently, delegate tasks, and multitask.
