Block Management Administrator – Duties 
*Providing support to Block Managers with administrative duties
*Organising and scheduling repairs and liaising with leaseholders and contractors
*Chasing for service charge payments and ground rent arrears
*Actioning points of note from Block Managers’ site visits 
*Covering out-of-hours phone on a rota basis (pay supplement provided) 
*General day to day administrative duties 
Block Management Administrator – Experience Needed  
*Relevant property experience is essential
*Property-related degree is desirable
*Previous experience dealing with administration.
*Good time-keeping skills and ability to work to deadlines
*Knowledge of Block Management desirable
