Are you looking to make an impact in a professional environment? We are seeking a Regulatory Support Advisor to become a vital part of our team at ICAEW in Milton Keynes. This role is key to maintaining the integrity and professionalism that our members and stakeholders expect. This role has plenty of variety and will always keep you busy.
Role Profile
To provide a responsive, vital and professional interface with members and stakeholders. To ensure that PSD’s regulatory functions are performed with integrity and to the highest professional standards; inspiring members’ and stakeholders’ confidence in ICAEW and in Professional Standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting in managing applications and enquiries from members and firms across the full range of ICAEW’s regulatory areas (including audit, investment business and probate).
* Capturing and accurately recording changes and amendments to regulated firms for billing and licensing/registration purposes including liaising with other PSD and ICAEW teams as necessary.
* Managing the changes sent in via the firm’s Annual return.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to colleagues and members to promote high standards and pragmatic solutions to problems.
* Providing customer support via both the telephone helpline and email and taking responsibility for managing incoming enquiries through to their satisfactory conclusion.
Candidate Profile
Requirements include:
* Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement - Experience in handling enquiries from members, stakeholders, or clients via phone and email, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
* Administrative & Data Management - Proven experience in managing applications, maintaining accurate records, and processing changes related to licensing, registration, or compliance with good time management skills.
* Problem-Solving & Advisory Experience - Experience acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and pragmatic solutions to queries or regulatory issues.
* Collaboration & Teamwork - Experience working across teams and departments to support business needs and ensure efficient processes.
