The Role:
*Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
*Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
*Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
*Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
*Managing your candidate database.
*Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.
The Requirements:
*Degree educated
*12 months B2B or B2C sales experience (preferred but not essential)
*A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
*Time management and organisational skills
*Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
*A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
