The Role Reporting directly to the Finance Director with a dotted line to the CFO, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the financial reporting function of this ambitious organization.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the preparation and delivery of management accounts and reporting
*Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making
*Partner with department heads to optimize performance
*Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting

*Manage month-end close procedures
*Support year-end audit processes
