We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant or Support Worker who will be working alongside a tutor who has previous experience working with a range of disabilities such as;
*Physical disabilities
*Sensory disabilities
*Cognitive or intellectual disabilities
*Psychiatric disabilities
*Neurological disabilities
*Development disabilities
*Learning disabilities
*Speech and Language Disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
*Personal Care Assistance: *Help with tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and toileting.
*Assist with mobility (e.g., transfers from bed to wheelchair).
*Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

*Health and Well-being Support: *Assist with medication management, ensuring the individual takes prescribed medications at the right time.
*Monitor health conditions and alert health care professionals if required.
*Assist with dietary needs, including preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition.

*Emotional and Social Support: *Offer companionship and emotional support to alleviate loneliness or anxiety.
*Engage in social activities, hobbies, and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
*Provide encouragement and motivational support, helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

*Assistance with Mobility and Transportation: *Help individuals move around, whether by walking, using mobility aids, or transportation.
*Accompany individuals to appointments, social events, or community outings as needed.
