Residential Property Solicitor
Central London
Full-time, Perm

As a Property Solicitor, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of non-contentious property matters, contributing to the department’s growth and shaping its future.

Preferred Requirements:
*Proven experience in a variety of non-contentious property work, including building up your own caseload and developing a network of contacts and clients
*Demonstrated ability to work to and meet targets, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and other professionals
*A proactive approach to business development, with a keen interest in bringing in your own clients and contributing to the department’s growth
*Proficiency in using legal sector IT infrastructure systems and billing software
Preferred Qualifications: *1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property law
*Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
