We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recruitment Administrator to join a Human Resources team within the Not For Profit and Charities sector. The successful candidate will provide efficient recruitment support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Description
As a Recruitment Administrator your responsibilities will include:
*Managing the recruitment process and liaising with hiring managers
*Assisting with the preparation of job adverts and job descriptions
*Coordinating interviews and responding to candidate inquiries
*Performing administrative duties related to hiring and onboarding processes
*Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with data protection laws
*Supporting the HR team with various tasks as needed
*Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
*A proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving skills
*Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Job Offer
*An hourly rate of approximately £13 - £14 per hour
*2 Month assignment with the chance for extension
