Talent Guardian are looking for an exceptional Sales Administrator to join the Sales Service team on a temporary ongoing basis for our client based in Poole.
Ready to jump into a key role where your admin and coordination skills will shine?
What you’ll be doing:
*Providing high-level administrative support to the Sales team
*Assisting with bid coordination, documentation, and process management
*Supporting the Head of Sales with day-to-day operational tasks
*Ensuring data accuracy, reporting, and general sales support functions
*Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
*Proven administrative experience, ideally in a Sales environment
*Excellent attention to detail – nothing gets past you!
*Background in the retail or wholesale industry is highly desirable
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
*A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude
*Comfortable working with a meticulous and results-focused manager
