Job Description:
Adaptable Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing business in Wrexham who is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic team.

Salary and Benefits
£26000 per annum
Office Based
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Job duties and responsibilities
Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation
· Check required PO’s to confirm goods received and values match
· Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
· Maintain and update supplier records
· Processing of expenses and company credit card reconciliations.
· Assist with general office administration tasks as required.
· Support the Finance Manager and members of the finance team with any ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
· Answering the phone
· Monitoring the finance inbox

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Numeracy skills
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal
