Description
· Deliver trusted financial advice to support strategic decision-making and organisational goals.
· Ensure high-quality business planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial control.
· Lead hands-on financial management with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and reporting standards.
· Support and guide the wider finance team in day-to-day operations.
Profile
· A fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by relevant experience.
· Proven ability to balance professional accounting standards with operational and strategic business needs.
· Experience of using Microsoft Finance solutions - with advanced Microsoft Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the gravitas to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels.
Job Offer
· Up to £44,000
· 8 months contract
· Hybrid working - 1 day a week onsite
· 25 days annual leave
