Job Description:
Our client is an international brand with a unique opportunity has arisen to lead HR analytics initiatives within their innovative team. As HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex people data into compelling insights that drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels. This role has a focus on rewards.
The Role:
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will own the development and delivery of sophisticated HR analytics across compensation, diversity, and talent metrics. Your analysis will directly inform executive decision-making on pay reviews, diversity initiatives, and recruitment strategy. This position requires someone who can combine technical expertise with outstanding presentation skills, as you’ll regularly present findings to the wider HR team.
The role entail annual compensation review analysis, creating complex pay models and scenario planning. A significant focus will be on diversity reporting, including gender/ethnicity pay gap analysis and EU Pay Transparency compliance. You will also develop recruitment analytics, tracking diversity metrics and building insight-driven dashboards for talent acquisition.
Technical Requirements:
Strong Excel modelling skills are essential, along with knowledge in Power BI for dashboard creation. Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred but not essential. Most importantly, you must be able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be someone who combines deep analytical capabilities with exceptional communication skills. You will need to be comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, explaining complex analysis in clear terms, and influencing through data-driven insights.
