LHH have partnered with one of the UK’s leading real estate developers are looking to expand their legal team, with an experienced solicitor specialising in construction law (non-contentious).
This position will report into the Legal Director and will have great exposure to the business, getting to liaise with a variety of stakeholders and be the subject matter expert within construction law.
The day to day role will involves focusing on construction law matters, relating to:
*JCT contracts predominantly (design & build)
*Property development including collaborating with designers
*Collateral warranties
*Contractor and sub-contractor warranties
*Company guarantees
*Reviewing / amending Ts & Cs for site reports
*Partnering with the business on key projects
*Client facing and being the subject matter expert
The role is on a full-time, hybrid basis and we are looking for someone to be onsite 3 days a week.
