They will have up to date knowledge of employment law legislation and commercial awareness.

Description
*Providing expert HR advice to managers and staff
*Dealing with a variation of ER cases
*Manage an employee relations caseload; including absence, performance, grievances, conduct and capability varying in complexity.
*supporting with Restructures and Redundancies
*Coaching and upskilling
*Assisting with the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
*Supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
*Managing employee relations and resolving HR issues
*Conducting regular HR audits and ensuring compliance with legislation
*Participating in HR projects and initiatives
*Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture
*Contributing to the ongoing development of the HR department
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
*Previous Public Sector experience would be desirable
*Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and legislation
*Experience in providing HR advice and support to managers and staff
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
*Proficiency in using HR software and systems
