Planner (All Levels)
Location: York

About the Role The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality planning services, collaborating with urban designers, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Responsibilities will include:
* Managing planning projects from inception to completion.
* Providing strategic planning advice to clients and stakeholders.
* Preparing planning applications and supporting documentation.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Leading and mentoring junior team members.
* Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities.
* Representing the company at meetings, public consultations, and events.
* Collaborating with urban designers to develop creative planning solutions.

About You * A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
* Chartered Membership of RTPI or equivalent (required for Principals and Associate Directors).
* Experience in planning consultancy:
* Planners: 3+ years
* Senior Planners: 5+ years
* Associate Directors: 8+ years
* Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* A proactive and ambitious approach to planning and development.
* Familiarity with planning-related software is a plus.
