Key responsibilities include:
*Overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of goods.
*Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency in the supply chain.
*Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
*Collaborating with other departments to integrate supply chain with business systems and processes.
*Analysing performance data to measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
*Identifying potential issues within the supply chain and implementing solutions.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
*Experience in managing supply chains within the FMCG industry, ideally within an SME environment.
*Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and strategies.
*Excellent leadership and communication skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Proficiency in relevant supply chain software.
