This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
*Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to annuities and life and pensions products.
*Process Analysis: Analyse and map current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
*Solution Design: Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
*Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends and insights.
*Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
*Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
*Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
*Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to use new systems and processes effectively.
*Worked in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
*Experience experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on annuities and life and pensions.
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management.
*Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
*Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders
