Job Description:
Mobile Maintenance Technicians/Handypersons (Vehicle provided)
Working: Mon to Fri, 37hrs
Pay: £13ph-£14 PAYE (No CIS/LTD)
Duration: 6 months, minimum
Location: Leeds, LS11
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Maintenance / repair to joinery
Maintenance / minor repair to building fabric Ad hoc painting / touching up to properties
Minor mechanical / electrical repairs
Minor repair to plumbing systems and clearing blockages
Repairs and modifications to tiling
Repairs and maintenance to ceiling tiles, and any general repair to the facility that is required to maintain the standard of the building.
