Room Leader Role As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and supporting a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
* Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
* Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive
Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Role As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, your key responsibilities include:
* Providing outstanding care and education to children in your care
* Supporting children’s learning and development through play and planned activities
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment
* Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Requirements: * Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
