Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the daily operations of the nursery to ensure high standards of care and education

* Leading and mentoring a team of early years practitioners

* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements

* Developing strong partnerships with parents and the local community

* Managing budgets, staffing, and nursery policies effectively

* Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the setting

Requirements: * Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education (Degree in Early Years/Education desirable)

* Substantial experience in a nursery leadership role

* In-depth knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding regulations

* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* A passion for delivering outstanding childcare and education
