Location: Leicester
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic childcare professional ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities: * Supporting the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the setting
* Leading and motivating a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safeguarding procedures
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider community
* Overseeing planning and assessment in line with the EYFS framework
* Deputising in the absence of the Nursery Manager
Requirements: * Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
* Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a nursery setting
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
* Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
* A passion for providing high-quality childcare and fostering child development
