CMM Technician – Motorsport & Automotive | Leading Manufacturing Business

Salary: £33,000 p.a.

We’re hiring a CMM Technician to join our expert quality team within a world-renowned manufacturing business at the forefront of motorsport and automotive innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing: *Operating and programming CMM machines (e.g. PC-DMIS, Mitutoyo, Hexagon) to inspect high-precision components
*Creating and reviewing inspection reports and maintaining accurate documentation
*Interpreting technical drawings and applying GD&T principles
*Collaborating with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
*Ensuring all components meet exacting industry and customer standards
What You’ll Bring: *Proven experience in a CMM Technician or similar metrology role within manufacturing
*Strong knowledge of PC-DMIS or similar software
*Familiarity with tight-tolerance components and high-precision measuring tools
*Ability to interpret technical engineering drawings
*Background in sectors such as motorsport, automotive, or aerospace is highly desirable
