Job Title: Access & Model Coordinator
Location: London White City
Contract Details: Temporary (Up to 3 months, with potential for extension)
Salary: £17 per hour

Join our client’s dynamic Academy Team, renowned for their commitment to excellence in the beauty industry! They are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the Professional Products Division clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Responsibilities:
Model Management: Oversee model databases, manage bookings, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols.
Client Service: Address queries and complaints via phone and email, serving as the first point of contact for all course bookings.
Front of House Support: Assist with check-ins and training room setups at the London Academy.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Strong background in customer service or office management
High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience in a professional services environment
Proven conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with social media for model recruitment
Technologies:
Microsoft Office Suite
