Roles: Electrical Design / Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Bristol
Market: Automotive / F1 / Aero / Engineering
Location: Bristol / Hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite)

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a groundbreaking motion generator designed for the non-industrial market. Your work will drive innovation with a global impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing and specifying electrical control panels and systems for cutting-edge motion generators.
*Developing, reviewing, and approving schematics, schedules, and technical documentation.
*Managing Bill of Materials (BoM) data for electrical hardware components.
*Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations such as EN60335 and EMC.
*Leading on-site integration, commissioning, and providing in-service support worldwide.
About You
*Be able to do the job as described.
*Proficient in electrical CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Eplan.
*Ensure engineering outputs meets quality and regulatory standards
*Create, review, and approve electrical documentation (schematics, schedules, calculations).
*Create and manage BoM data for electrical hardware.
*Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
*Experienced in designing electrical control systems and fault resolution during build stages.
*A degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar), plus familiarity with industry standards.
