Our client, an established Manufacturer near West Byfleet are looking for versatile NPD and Compliance Lead to take responsibility of the Product Development Life cycle processes from the cradle to the grave.

*Managing New Product Development and Implementation
*Liaising with, and supporting a variety of internal and external teams including production, quality, design and assembly teams as well as suppliers and customers
*Ensuring products are compliant with industry standards and regulations, evidencing this with the correct certifications

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Experience leading a team
*Background within Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
*Prior experience of managing the implementation of development of New Products
