Credit Funds Paralegal.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, within an intensive yet rewarding environment that encourages development and progression.
Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
*Drafting and preparing board minutes
*Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
*Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
*Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting
About you:
The ideal candidate will:
*Have 3–6 months of Funds experience
*Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends
*Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
This a truly fantastic role that provides real scope for progression, with the opportunity to qualify through the SQE route.
