About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise and coordinate the workshop team
*Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on coaches
*Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met
*Manage workloads, allocate tasks, and support technician development
*Maintain accurate service records and liaise with management
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience as a senior mechanic or workshop supervisor
*Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance (coach/bus experience ideal)
*Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
*Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
*Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
