We are working with a reputable law in South East England who are seeking a Trainee Legal Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Are you an ideal candidate? For this role, it would be ideal if you have previous experience working as a Legal Administrator, or experience working as Administrator within a professional services environment and are keen to transfer your experience into a legal IP setting. You will need a good educational background for this role, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Duties include:
*Diary management.
*Drafting correspondence, in the format of emails / letters etc.
*Managing invoices, ensuring accuracy, and adding them to the relevant records.
*Minute taking.
*Raising reports.
*Managing case records, uploading important documents and correspondence chains.
