A top 100 law firm are now seeking a Legal Secretary to support the head of their litigation team. As a Legal Secretary you’ll be responsible for coordinating regular meetings for partners and the wider department, drafting correspondence such as letters and emails, liaising with clients, experts, counsel, and other solicitors, preparing and reviewing bundles, and providing general administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:
*Diary management and meeting organisation
*Act as a gatekeeper for fee earners
*Travel arrangements
*Preparing paperwork and bundles for court
*Processing invoices
*Opening/closing matters
*Support with billing
*Support with Paralegal style work on occasion
*General secretarial tasks as requested
*Supporting other Secretaries where needed
Key skills and experience:
*Legal Secretarial / PA experience
*Fast and accurate typing
*Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with those at all levels
*Highly organised with experience in meeting deadlines
