The Role
The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team and play a key role in managing a range of high-quality commercial property matters. You will be given autonomy to handle your own caseload, work closely with clients, and contribute to the development of junior team members.

Key responsibilities include: *Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development work
*Providing strategic legal advice tailored to client needs
*Supporting junior members of the team through mentoring and guidance
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and file management standards
*Collaborating with colleagues across departments to meet client objectives
*Participating in business development and firm-wide initiatives
The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for a confident and commercially astute solicitor with a strong background in commercial property. The ideal candidate will have: *3–6 years PQE with solid experience across a range of commercial property matters
*A strong track record of managing complex transactions
*Excellent client relationship and communication skills
*A methodical and organised approach to file and time management
*Flexibility to travel between offices
