Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity as arisen to join a leading Manufacturing business that operate internationally. This role would suit a an experienced Sales Representative with experience working within a manufacturing or construction business. We are working with a leading manufacturing who has been operating for over 25 years. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a superb reputation and impressive product range.
The successful Sales Representative will work within internal sales. You will be the first point of contact for any web enquiries that are submitted through the company website or email. You will take responsibility for these, or pass them over to a field based account manager.
You will work closely with the external account management team, acting as a ’number two’ for some of the companies most lucrative, and exciting accounts.
The role is 95% office based, however, you will have the opportunity to travel and go to face to face with existing and new customers.
Main Responsibilities
Develop existing relationships
Win new business when possible
Ensure 100% service levels are provided to portfolio of customers
Excellent knowledge of competitors
Ensure excellent relationships to a high level
Manage customer promotion plans
Business planning
Budget management
Forecasting
Supporting the sales team
The internal sales representative will need to be keen and willing to learn, demonstrate ambitious along with strong communication skills.
