The Job
As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for:
*Supporting Directors and Partners on high-value tax advisory projects
*Reviewing compliance work and acting as the technical backstop
*Leading on corporate tax technical development across the team
*Managing a diverse portfolio with a focus on advisory, not just compliance
*Helping grow the business - pipeline building, spotting upsell opportunities
*Advising on R&D tax claims, capital allowances and structure planning
*Turning legislation into real-world strategies for clients
You
As Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you’ll be skilled and/or qualified in the following:
*CTA qualified - essential
*Proven Director/Manager - level experience
*Hands-on with clients - you’ve run portfolios and delivered advice directly
*Comfortable challenging and reviewing others’ work
*Deep corporate tax knowledge - can turn complexity into clarity
*You lead by example - high output, sharp thinking, no ego
*Approachable, team-first, and willing to share your knowledge
*You keep your tax knowledge updated, not out-of-date
