Job Description:
Administrator – Ongoing Temp - £15.00 per hour – Cambridge/Hybrid
Occupational Health Provider is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their team at their Cambridge.
This is an ongoing temporary role to start ASAP and will pay £15.00 per hour.
This is a hybrid role, working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
The Administrator will provide support to the Operations team. Duties will include:
• Ad-hoc provide support to the Operations team to allow time for Cority tasks covering the following:
*Answering calls from main telephone line and transferring where relevant.
*Set up management referrals.
*Send outcome reports. OH reports and standard letters. following clinics.
*Liaise with clients on a daily basis, responding to them in a timely manner to any client requests that are appropriate to deal with, and escalating to OH Account Coordinator, where relevant.
*Support the Data Manger with the monthly company auditing program.
*Reception duties.
The ideal Administrator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
*Proven experie3nce of office administration, ideally within a health environment.
*Enthusiastic and highly organised
*Confident in day-to-day tasks and proactive handling of problems.
*Full working knowledge of Microsoft office.
Due to the location of the offices, the role would suit an individual with own transport.
