Role Responsibilities
*Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion (approx. 70% of role)
*Preparing accounts and drafting corporate tax computations ( approx. 30%)
*Reviewing work prepared by team members and providing clear feedback
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients, resolving queries confidently and professionally
*Supporting, coaching, and developing more junior members of the team
*Managing assignments within set budgets and timelines
*Contributing to the firm’s commitment to high standards and continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements *ACA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified with relevant experience)
*Demonstrable experience conducting statutory audits within a practice environment
*Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS 102
*Confident communicator with previous client-facing experience
*Competency with audit software (e.g. Caseware) and Microsoft Office tools
*Passion for mentoring and developing team members
*A proactive and organised approach to workload management
