Description
*Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and service of vehicles within the fleet.
*Ensure the fleet’s operations align with the company’s logistics strategy.
*Maintain compliance with government regulations related to transportation and safety.
*Develop operational efficiency metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
*Coordinate training and development initiatives for fleet personnel.
*Manage fleet-related vendors and suppliers.
*Contribute to budget development and oversight.
*Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and costs.
Profile
*Experience working in logistics and transport industry
*Can work in a fast paced and pressured environment
*Strong leadership and team management abilities.
*Good excel skills
*Can commute to Sutton Coldfield
