I am seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to facilitate customer service operations and provide excellent service for customers.

Description
*Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
*Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
*Maintaining customer records by updating account information
*Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
*Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
*Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
*Managing complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
Profile
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
*Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
*Strong Customer Service skills and active listening
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
