Key Responsibilities
*Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects
*Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial property matters
*Draft and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts
*Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
*Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
*Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Proven track record of managing complex commercial property transactions
*Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
