Job Description:

My client is seeking an Invoicing / Portal Executive to support the upload and monitoring of invoices for key accounts, including buying groups and digital customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of Excel, and a keen attention to detail. This role will involve regular interaction with our customer portals to manage data uploads, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient operations.
Day-to-day of the role: *Take responsibility for uploading invoices onto customer portals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*Regularly monitor customer portals to track the status of uploaded invoices, ensuring that they are successfully processed.
*Address any discrepancies or issues as they arise, collaborating with other teams if necessary (accounting, finance, customer service etc).
*Organize data effectively. Use Excel to manage, track, and report on invoice statuses.
*Generate and share regular updates with relevant stakeholders.
*Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline the invoice upload and monitoring processes.
Skills & Qualifications *Bachelor Degree.
*Basic experience or internship in a similar role, preferably in an administrative or operations position.
*Strong proficiency in Excel.
*Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
*Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with other departments to resolve them.
