We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to take the lead on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and beyond - driving ticket sales and boosting brand awareness for some of the most exciting events in the industry.
Paid Media Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns
*Collaborate with creative teams on ad assets
*Monitor and report on campaign performance
*A/B test creatives, targeting and landing pages
*Align campaigns with event strategies and goals
What We’re Looking For:
*3+ years’ experience in paid social (Meta, TikTok essential)
*Strong data and analytical skills
*Background in events, hospitality or entertainment preferred
*Knowledge of retargeting, lookalike audiences and dynamic ads
*Confident working in a fast-moving, creative environment
