Job Description:
Production Administrator | Poole | £13.46 - Temp to perm
Are you a confident and detail-oriented administrator with experience in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Production Administrator to join our dynamic team!
As the Production Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
*Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Raise and manage purchase orders
*Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
*Work closely with internal departments (production, sales, logistics) to support operational flow
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
As the Production Administrator, your skills and experience will include:
*Previous experience in a similar administrative role (manufacturing background preferred)
*Confident communicator, both written and verbal
*Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
