Business Systems Manager
Winchester | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office
We’re on the lookout for a Business Systems Manager to lead the way in transforming how technology is used at a local trust. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of their EPOS and CRM systems, drive digital innovation, and make a real impact at a local Charity organisation in Hampshire.
You’ll be the go-to person for all things systems-streamlining processes, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with teams to ensure their technology supports everything they do.
What you’ll do:
*Lead and optimise our EPOS and CRM systems
*Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
*Work with internal teams and external providers
*Deliver training and support for staff
*Use data to drive smart business decisions
What you’ll bring:
*Proven experience in implementation, configuration and maintenance of EPOS/CRM systems (ideally in retail or customer-facing environments)
*Experience in managing vendor relationships
*Great project and stakeholder management skills
*A proactive, solution-focused mindset
*Full driving licence and access to a car
Bonus if you have:
*Experience with Spektrix, Artifax, or Lightspeed
*Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP)
