Key Responsibilities:
*Supervise daily activities to ensure smooth departmental operations.
*Address and resolve operational issues, offering guidance to team members.
*Coordinate staff leave requests to maintain adequate coverage, including handling unexpected absences.
*Hold regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and manage performance improvement plans.
*Coach and train employees to support their professional growth.
*Monitor workload to ensure all departments are running smoothly.
*Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing and new policies and comply with country-specific requirements.
*Prepare month-end reports for senior management, highlighting issues and implementing corrective actions.
*Develop and implement export strategies to drive international sales growth.
*Manage and oversee the entire export process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
*Ensure compliance with all export laws and regulations, including customs and trade compliance.
*Provide training and support to staff on export procedures and regulations.
*Prepare regular reports on export activities, sales performance, and market analysis for senior management.
Experience:
*Proven experience in export management and managing a team.
*Strong knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and compliance.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency in using export management software and tools.
