Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager:
*Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
*Providing professional assistance to thousands of clients who have requested the premium service
*You’ll help every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly
*Delivering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects
Key Skills and Experience of an Assistant Property Manager:
*Customer service experience is required
*Strong organisational skills is essential due to the nature of the role
*You will be required to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
*You will be successful in this role if you can communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms
