Job Description:
Are you a passionate and proactive Special Educational Needs (SEN) Specialist with a strong background in supporting children with autism and ADHD? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide tailored support to children with autism and ADHD, ensuring their inclusion and progress within a mainstream setting.
*Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective individual education plans (IEPs).
*Foster a positive and nurturing environment to enhance students’ social, emotional, and academic development.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience working with children with autism and ADHD.
*A proactive, solution-focused approach to meeting diverse needs.
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*Relevant qualifications in SEN support or education (desirable but not essential).
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive school community. The role is full-time, starting on 28th August 2025, and is offered through Dunbar Education, a trusted education recruitment specialist.
