We are looking for an ASB and Safeguarding Officer to join the team of a well established housing organisation.
This role is offering a hybrid position and immediate start.

ASB and Safeguarding Officer
Temporary
Mon-Fri/ 35 hours
Birmingham ( hybrid working)
£23-26ph paid weekly via umbrella

As an ASB and Safeguarding officer, you will be:
*Dealing with tenants in regards to reducing the risk of tenancy failure
*Managing a case-load of ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud cases
*Ensuring tenants receive good customer service and communication through out
*Making appropriate referrals to statutory agencies and other organisations
*Instigating tenancy enforcement and court action, working closely with the legal team

As an ASB and Safeguarding Officer, you will have:
*Experience dealing with tenancy breaches, safeguarding and tenancy fraud
*Previously managed your own case-load of ASB
*Investigated ASB and tenancy related issues
*Worked with vulnerable customers and enforcement of tenancy conditions
